A very creative brawler with a ton of variety in gameplay but also some very bad difficulty spikes. The main gameplay is pretty satisfying as hitting dudes feels very good, especially when you pick up sticks or other weapons and can really let them have it. This doesn't really get old because the game switches back and forth between it and various other bits, most of which are fun and creative changes of pace. If only some of those bits weren't brutally unforgiving, and annoyingly hard. Alas.
