Don't understand the hype in this movie game. Why isn't this game scrutinized in the same way that FF13 and Kingdom hearts 3 is? An overabundance of cinematics with incredibly boring level of difficulty. Very overproduced average game in my opinion.

maybe because this game isn't a sequel that people waited nearly 13 years for that under-delivered and wasn't a convoluted mess with a protag the director was fellating himself over.
i hope no one ever scrutinizes any game like kingdom hearts cause that'd be super annoying
because a vast majority of people who have played this game have only played ff14

Because the game was directed by Yoshi-P, whom is behind the most popular MMO(FF14) at the moment.
You'll probably have to wait awhile to see people to discuss the game flaws as FFXVI is still in it's honeymoon phase.
