“A Bland Case Of Groundhog Day”
There really isn’t much for me to commend on when it comes to this game. It has some slightly improved graphics over the first game, and pretty much stops there in terms of noticeable improvements. The UI is still bad, the gameplay is basic, and the presentation is a mix of ugly and confusing. There isn’t much to see with this one, as it represents all of the issues I have with the early “Civilization” titles. Bland gameplay, poor UI, and a lack of effective tutorials plague these titles.
