It’s a terse horror fps/walking simulator, with art direction inspired by Zdzisław Beksiński and H. R. Giger.
With the addition of any narrative thread, I think this could have been a game-of-the-year contender. There’s just nothing living in these empty levels except janky enemies and the occasional puzzle; I literally can’t remember any in-universe text at all.
