Really good, glad I finally got around to this. Really cool and colorful world (visually and in the lively sense). Each character is specific and interesting and has its own voice. Feels like the sort of game where the writing could easily veer into obnoxiousness but it doesn't. It's pretty genuinely funny and heartfelt. I grew to really like the characters and I was invested in them and helping them out.

The gameplay is really good for one of these pixel RPGs - consistently a pretty interesting mix of turnbased and realtime, and only occasionally was it too frustrating (freaking Muffet). A little too much backtracking sometimes but it was never a huge bother. The sprites are full of character, and obviously the music is a huge highlight.
