I don't remember how exactly I got my hands on Black Ops III. I imagine I wanted it to play the zombies after falling in love with Black Ops II's. I started playing shortly after I got an Xbox One.
The multiplayer and campaign were alright to me. I liked that you could play campaign with friends, but besides that It's a pretty standard COD experience. Quick shoutout to freerun, as I actually had a lot of fun with it.
But ah, the zombies. I remember the Z-House days, and I remember them well. Trying and failing the easter eggs time and time again. And the eventual reveal of Zombies: Chronicles. I recall ranking all the maps with my zombies friend group, arguing why Zetsobou was a hidden gem. It was a game I enjoyed so much that I still plan to go back to it one day. It was my favorite zombies experience and I have a lot of nostalgia and memories attached to it. I loved the varied maps, easter eggs, and wonder weapons. Such a great game with fond memories.
