Slick and fun 2D shooting action. Level design was serviceable, and high scores and unlockables add to replay value. The aesthetic was fun and worked to the game's benefit. Awful platforming though. The story was forgettable. The story isn't why you're here, so it doesn't hurt the game much, but the frustrating platforming segments bog the game down way too much.
