its alright, I enjoyed the game more when I was younger but now its just alright

its hard for me to review this game because I myself have never gotten far enough to be able to give it a fair review. That being said I also believe the fact that I have played the games begging missions more times than I can count allows me to come to the conclusion that this game isn't good.

I have a friend who is really into this game and I have played it with him many times yet each time I can never get far because I just get bored. There is a lot of grinding to get the good weapons and Warframes and to me spending hours just to get a new weapon isn't fun. The combat is equally as boring and gets stale after a couple hours. The story is there but I couldn't care about it. The only good part about the game that I find myself enjoying constantly is the music. These were all my thoughts on the game before one year ago when I played the game and started with the Duviri paradox. This little story that you can choose to start out with made me both love and hate Warframe more than I already did.

The Duviri paradox is my favorite part of Warframe: it had fun and interesting combat, it wasn't a complete grind fest, and the story wasn't bad although it was a little confusing. I even enjoyed the parts were you play as the Warframe though they were my least favorite. The Duviri paradox got me into Warframe and for the first time I enjoyed the game but it ended. Once the story for this little campaign ended you had two options stay and do side quests or to start the actual Warframe story. Finding this out was a big disappointment to me because I really enjoyed this new approach to Warframe and now I had to go back to what I found boring. I understand why they do it I just wish they made this the actual game as I found the combat system a lot more enjoyable.

Maybe one day I will return to Warframe and truly play it but I just don't see myself doing that. For now this game will just be ok in my eyes nothing too bad about the game but nothing too amazing either.

I can definitely see why this game has the lowest rating of all 4 games. There are parts that I did enjoy from this game but the combat was poorly paced and very basic. There was absolutely no stealth and it felt like a sludge to get through. On the other hand the story was interesting and the characters were well done. I enjoyed a good amount which is why I was ready to give it a 3 star but then I played the boss fight which was by far one of the most frustrating and stupid boss fights I’ve ever played. But besides the stupid boss gift the game was enjoyable for a good majority and it has the basis for what the later uncharted games would improve upon.

Everything I hated about uncharted 1 was practically fixed in uncharted 2. The enemy encounters were better spaced and the combat was more interesting with climbing and stealth being a big aspect. The story was really good and probably my second favorite if the 3 games I’ve played. Only a few level did I get mad at but they were mostly my fault and not the games. If uncharted 4 did not exist this would be the best uncharted but this is my favorite setting of the uncharteds.

its just something to do when bored, stupid shit
