Planet of Lana is definitely one of the best looking side-scrollers I’ve played because visually, this game was breathtaking. It does an incredible job at telling its story in unique ways and one of those ways was through its visuals. I love stuff like that because it’s very unique and different and something I'd love to see more of.
The puzzles were pretty challenging and most were fun but, there were quite a bit that felt unnecessary to me. You could tell some of them were placed there to drag out the game a bit and I don't think this game needed that. I also wish we got to learn more about the characters because I felt that I didn’t know these characters at all which was a bummer for me.

Despite my flaws, this isn't a bad game by no means and one I would actually recommend, especially for fans of story driven side-scrollers.
