It's a fun concept, but the game itself has too many elements that feel off. The rhythm aspect doesn't feel 1:1 with the music, despite some tweaking, and it gets rather boring, especially with the fairly generic sounding rock music. I can't fault the devs too hard, but some licensed tracks, even for some smaller metal groups would have made the game a lot more interesting. And if they do have some, frontload em in the story mode. It didn't need great writing, but the fact that there was writing and it was subpar made the whole thing more of a slog.
