adult timeline is the best zelda timeline. it's still absolutely baffling to me that in a flooded land the fish people evolved into birds but the people who canonically sink like a stone in water are just the same as usual

Pretty sure Gorons don't need to breathe and they eat rocks, so they wouldn't really have much reason to evolve to live above the sea.

That's also probably why there aren't many of them in the game.
