Pretty good but not perfect by any means. A marked improvement over the original in pacing and gameplay but for what this game improves it takes a few steps back narratively. It's just rushed. The main antagonist isn't given nearly enough time to develop and gain nuance like in SM2018. I found myself hating them a lot on my NG+ run for the platinum. They're a hypocrite and their hypocrisy is never directly challenged by the story. There should've been a moment where Miles snapped and pointed it out, leading into the final confrontation perhaps.

All in all a solid and fun Spidey adventure, but would probably be knocked down a couple points if the combat wasn't as engaging as it is.
