one of my favorite fallouts, easily the one i've put the most hours into. various flaws, some bugs and a mid plot and storyline, but imo the most fun fallout gameplay.
i don't really use mods that much and i didn't use them at all in my 1st playthrough, but mods make the experience more fun and immersing, i like that you can mod on console.
