So I finally played the latest masterpiece of fantasy storytelling from Lucasfilm's Bian Moriarty, aye.
And it was alright. The controls and overall puzzle design were definitely unique for the time. I liked the approach of having one single mechanic and structuring the entire game around that. The nice effect that comes with this sort of puzzle design was, that LOOM had no annoying inventory puzzles.
Overall fun and not overstaying it's welcome, but I only played it out of historical curiosity and with that being my main lens through which I viewed this game, I feel weird about seriously recommending it to anyone.
