Writing this after my second playthrough now. Even after 5 years, this game still holds up as an excellent entry in From Software's repertoire. From the excellent level design to the beautiful visuals to some of the best boss battles I've seen in gaming. Sure some levels and bosses still irked me, and there are a couple mechanical things I'd tweak, but these are nitpicks in the grander scheme. If you've played From Software's other games and haven't played this one, I'm not sure what you're doing with your life
