I'm not really a gamer but I decided to try some classics for fun, and I started with this. Honestly the most frustrating experience I've ever had playing a game, partly because of my own lack of skills and partly because it's pretty jarring going from Wii and Switch gameplay to NES. Hit boxes and jump timing/height took a hot minute to get used to, but it's still pretty fun and it's cool playing through a classic.

Happy to say I beat every level, although in the end I used warp pipes to get back to World 8 cause my patience was wearing thin. One day I'd like to beat it straight through.
