Looks great, plays ok. If you can handle the one-note grimdark neo-noir story (no one, at any point, cracks a smile; if you're looking for emotional texture may I suggest a nice Dontnod joint) and exploitative violence, you'll find a pretty competent and somewhat punishing cover shooter with the usual Rockstar polish and the usual Rockstar flatness. All told, an ignominious end to a series that deserved a bolder, less risk-averse studio.
