I really wanted Fran to be insane, and all the game you were wandering in Fran's head and understand her ... unfortunately, Fran was able to see the doctor's past in chapter 4, and even if she imagined that the 5 realms are also in 'little misfortune', so probably Renor met Dr. Oswald on LinkedIn
