Great graphics, great sound, horrible hitboxes and generally awful enemy design. Half the guns feel weak and the AI is incredibly predictable and stupid so it's not really balance as much as it is just slogging through the game. Whoever put those spiders in the game should never be allowed to make an enemy again.

If you want a cyberpunk duke nukem boomer shooter published by 3d Realms, might I recommend Turbo Overkill.
