In my opinion, the best single player game made by Valve, which sadly stayed that way for almost 10 years until the release of HL:Alyx.
This game REALLY expands on everything that the original Portal tried to build.
Story is amazing, considering there are only 3 characters present in the story, and one of them is the silent protagonist.
The puzzles are challenging, but not "guide-hard" challenging, which is a great point, making it accessible for a wider public without making it a baby game.
The multiplayer campaign is also a really good addition, making it feel like a new game, having 4 portals at your disposition opens up a LOT of solutions to many of the puzzles.
