the urobutcher is at it again. this is my favorite work by him, and i think it's one that is going to be remembered for a long time. a nasty (but romantic) little story about an innocent cthulu monster who just wants some love. art is fabulous, but the OST really steals the show. infodump suddenly in the true end ruins it though. good end is best end.

what was the infodump again... i think i was too enraptured by the music in my last play.

@softcoregamer it's when the hot lady nurse gets involved and you have to listen to her explaining stuff about the situation + all the diary entries about saya and her literal scientific details/genetic makeup etc etc.

i feel like it just got very literal all of a sudden and really threw out how vague and ungrounded the prose had been up to that point (which is a good thing as i believe i'm not misguided when i say it was meant to be a story about perspectives and morality).

still a great little short story though. i'm kinda glad it got a resurgence in popularity recently (not sure why)!

ah right, yeah. i see your point but also kinda like how that throws a bit of ambiguity onto the exact nature and reality of Saya's amorousness, but perhaps that was accomplished in earlier expositions. it definitely feels detached from the rest, could almost just be read as a footnote/epilogue/addendum rather than the final word imo.
