Almost as good as the first one! wow! i think the gameplay changes were very smart and make it an overall more ‘fun’ experience than Bioshock 1. The only fault in my experience with it is the setting was not as fresh — by the end ive spent well over 20 hours in Rapture and it only takes about half that time for the environments to lose their distinction. But the story is still really good here, goes in some welcome different directions from the first game. These are still two of the only games i’ve played that are actually About Something.

Minerva’s Den: incredible piece of DLC, really fantastic storytelling here. Everything great about Bioshock 2 is condensed into a tight ball here and sent right into the heart of yet another extremely well done story about science, madness, and grief. I loved it, probably my favorite piece of the overall Bioshock 2 package.
