The buzz around Dread made me finally decide to try the series. I played Super Metroid in preparation for Dread's released and loved it. How did I miss out on Metroid for so long?

I really wasn't sure how Dread would stack up, but wow it really impressed me. It isn't perfect, but I don't even feel like going into my nitpicks. I just couldn't put it down.

GOTY contender for me.
