probably the most overrated castlevania difficulty wise, i guess it's understandable if you've never played these games before but dracula's curse was so much harder it's not even a competition.
all around great game, it's still tough but i found it pretty fair.

i did the cave level in 1 go, i don't remember anything unfair about it, i only really died at the start of the water platform area cuz the platform disappeared out of nowhere.
alucard definitely makes dracula's curse easier, but i still think it's a much harder game.
