Much like Football Manager or its many many management alikes, you don't ever really win Total Extreme Wrestling but you do grow to respect everything it does. Adam Ryland, the wrestling management game's creator all the way back to the early 00s and Extreme Warfare Revenge, has added so much stuff to this ballooning depiction of just what the hell pro wrestling is that it's daunting to even try 2020 at first. This is one of the few sims where playing as the most known team (in the case of real world mods this would be WWE) is committing to a lot of time just to do a week's worth of their programming. And there's a lot of stuff that akin to a grand strategy game, you just have to figure out. But when you do, it's very satisfying. Using your brain or your pocketbook to figure out how to make a wrestling promotion major just works and coming from 2005, there are at least a few efforts made to ease newcomer bookers. Now it's time to accidentally be up until 5 getting the card ready for India's hottest wrestling company. See you at the show
