I mean, it's more of the same. It's a kinda interesting location, and the quest itself is at least somewhat compelling and does drive you on to complete it. The quest also expands a little of the background information on the universe of Outer Worlds, building on the themes of corporations treating workers like a resource.

As a DLC it doesn't really add anything new other than the setting. No new weapons, nothing you haven't really seen before. It's just more of the same, and this is a totally missable quest, so only get this DLC if you haven't scratched that Outer Worlds itch.
