In Europe the Contra tough guys were replaced by Robots. Don't ask me why, this idiocy started with the original Contra on the NES and ended with this game. It also affected Super Contra on the SNES, which this game is a downgraded port of. In itself it's not that bad, but it definitely lacks compared to the original SNES version.
