I started the game with a lot of hype and a huge grin on my face. But as I played more and more, those feelings turned into a slight disappointment. While I don't know if my expectations were too high coming from TSA it doesn't change the fact that the game felt more and more underwhelming as I played. During the whole game, I kept waiting for something to amaze me, and it just didn't deliver. The whole game felt as if it was just a tiny part of something way bigger and better. The story, gameplay, and characters felt incomplete and lacking. I am hoping that some of the more obvious problems, like the empty open world with inaccessible areas, weird difficulty balance (I died way more to regular enemies than to bosses), and underutilized mechanics are fixed with DLC and/or with a "complete" version. The potential for something amazing is there, but as it is right now, I think that No More Heroes 3 is one of the worst Suda games I've finished.
