I've not played many Mario games having not owned a Nintendo console since the N64. This game makes me realise what I might have been missing though as its charming, colourful world and characters light up what is a very enjoyable puzzle solving 3D platformer. The New Donk city soundtrack will particularly stay with me for a long time.
