the best SF since 3rd Strike

-world tour is nice but dont expect too much
-roster is decent, but i’d like more of a variety ( add dudley, alex, urien, makoto and Q u cowards)
-i am not biased for 3rd strike
-netcode is the best
- so much decision making with the drive meter ( thats good)

- pls nerf luke
