Played it for 2 hours. I wouldn't call it horrible, but it was consistently subpar. Throughout these two hours I alternated between the states of boredom and mild frustration.

The game isn't without cool ideas, but they are so poorly executed. For example, the first time I pulled out the motion tracker, I was thrilled. It felt like the game was gonna keep you in constant tension, forcing you to choose between the tracker and the gun at all times (kinda like what Doom 3 does with a flashlight). Then I realized all the moments when the enemies appear are pre-determined and marked with the sound of the tracker and a symbol at the bottom of the screen. And with how dumb the AI is, it completely devalidates the whole point of using the tracker, because the enemies come at you completely randomly.

Strangely, in these two hours I've had more encounters with human enemies than aliens. And these made me wish I was playing Call of Duty. Every gunfight felt the same, except, unlike Call of Duty, the kinaesthetics of shooting are not satisfying at all, and the level design is horrendous, which only becomes apparent in these shootouts, as it forces you to think tactically.

By the end of my short session I felt like this wasn't an Aliens game, but rather some cheap Call of Duty rip-off with aliens just thrown into it. I dunno if the game gets better later on, but I am not willing to keep playing to find out.
