Yes the PC port is bad and yes the gameplay is showing it's age already but man this game it's still really good.

Even though i have my problems with this game (Companion management, spell casting, etc.) i enjoyed it and i think the main story is interesting enough. Also, the addition of story mode difficulty let's you play through it without many issues, so it's worth a try if you are interested in this era of classic RPGs or if you enjoyed BG3 and want to see where it all started.

I still don't really like the spellcasting mechanics (and frankly any combat aspect of the game), but the story, character development and level design are all better than the first game.

I encountered a lot of random crashes sadly, but man, this game is pretty great.

This might be the best piece of the bioshock series.
