i'm really glad that we got the coming-of-age origin story behind miles that the original game hinted towards, but never delivered on. the fleshing out of miles and the people in his life was greatly needed and well done, and the improvements on the gameplay were a definite welcome (no stealthing as a non-superhero character!)
that being said, i do wish it was longer, although i understand why it wasn't - it's not a full sequel, it's a tie in. it felt like it was over so quickly, and while it did flesh out a lot of characters i felt like it could have done More. still a solidly fun experience, though
