Oh man, what a damn masterpiece.

I already loved Cyberpunk 2077 before 2.0, I actually finally finished it back in 2022, it was still incomplete with a save file of 60 hours.

But what 2.0 does aside, essentially turning this game into what it should have been, and now it's damn worthy of its name,
But man, Phantom Liberty.

For me it was one of those narrative experiences that continues to haunt you after you've completed it, I just couldn't stop thinking about it in the days that followed, and not just after the main ending mind you, basically after any main mission.

The themes, the presentation, the performances and characters, all essentially perfect, I don't know how CD Project Red managed to tell stories this dark, this complex, and this bleak, both in the main game and Phantom Liberty, and not worry about sales or anything related to that, the writers and story designers did not give a DAMN about anything and just told the story they wanted to tell, a story taking place in the already massive and complex world of Cyberpunk, and they just went with the most complex elements in the universe, they should be proud of the perfect adaptation they have managed to pull off.

And Songbird, holy hell what a character, all other excellent characters in this whole game aside, she is just on another level, she's one of the most intriguing, complex, and enchanting characters I've ever seen in anything, she stole the whole show and most of the time wasn't even on screen, just her voice, and that's thanks to the phenomenal voice acting by Minji Chang, she has breathed life into one of my favorite characters of all time, and whenever she WAS actually on screen, I was just on the edge of my seat.
Everything from her way of talking, mysterious past, and alluring presence just worked, and was the main force behind the spy thriller, even psychological thriller themes of the story, the wicked and haunting vibes of this story continued to haunt me for days.

What an experience, sometimes I'm just reminded why I'm glad video games exist.
