Game is jam-packed with content and is pretty much the poster child for all of the roguish games that are out there now. Repentance is a very good expansion and there's no reason to play without it.
The game's marred by mediocre music and Edmund hating you, the player, but there are plenty of mods that fix these things and make the game a fun thing to chip away at. And there's a console so you can cheat when you're bad at video games and the solution to an unlock is smash your face against it until you get the right items.
