A western romance VN about a jolly band of misfit idols and their producer (you) forming "Starnova" and finding their rebirth in the glamorous-yet-grotesque idol industry, with their aim to dethrone Japan's top idol group, "Quasar". Some of the routes aren't the strongest and there are many small writing issues, but the great ideas and fantastic charm of Shining Song Starnova make it a good read overall, and a strong recommend if a usually silly (but sometimes dramatic) story about Japanese idols + their industry sounds up your alley.
