Vitiligo is a chronic autoimmune disorder that causes patches of skin to lose pigment or color. The cause of vitiligo is unknown, but it may be related to immune system changes, genetic factors, stress, or sun exposure.

In recent years, this condition has begun to appear in character customization options in games. I'm personally moved by it's inclusion as my wife has the condition and had struggled with it growing up. With that in mind here are some games I've found that include this as an option.
