i want to love this game so bad but every time i open it i get reminded of how unfinished it is. so much content from the older games in the series is missing, including hundreds of furniture items, building upgrades, long-term progression unlocks, and so much more. as a life-long animal crossing fan, this easily could've been my favorite game of all time, but its difficult to feel anything but disappointed when you realize how much potential it had.
