I became interested in this for the soundtrack and the promise of simple, high-octane action. Which were both really good, though fairly repetitive by the end. The balancing needed some work too since guns quickly become inferior to new ones, and I felt they were a bit too gung-ho in just throwing tanky enemy after tanky enemy at the player. Nevertheless it's pretty fun. Gore and body horror really aren't my thing however, and I can't comment on the story at all since I had the dialogue muted to better focus on mashing buttons.
