kim kitsuragi is simply the best character in all videogames ever. even if he's a cop.
sucks that at the end of the day you're a cop in this game, but honestly the rest of the narrative makes up for it. tons of weird magical moments to offset the cynicism and sadness. really great to play during these awful fucking times
