"There are no good and bad actions, only good and bad teams". This quote was made by a guy named Shaun on a video about Harry Potter, but I think that it applies here too. This game seems like it tries to go for some kind of message about how the justice system is flawed and needs changing, but is unfortunately ruined by the fact that Phoenix is just playing 4D chess with the legal system in a way that if any other character was doing, it would be considered an evil act. If there are unjust laws they should not be respected, but this game failed to convince me in any way that Phoenix's actions were somehow moral outside of him "being on the good team". If Phoenix had bad intentuons, he'd be the villain for doing the exact same thing. The individual cases are also awful, being a mix of incredibly boring and incredibly stupid, with the finale case being maybe the worst in the main series. Thank god this message would be done so much better in Investigations 2, because here it is wasted and Apollo deserved better.
