I'd slept on this one for a while, enjoying it for a few hours and then dropping it, but coming back I was thoroughly thrilled by this game. It strikes that adrenaline chord that Risk of Rain 2 does, making any progression feel hard-fought and well-earned. On top of the extremely satisfying gameplay, this game is chock full of cool lore, amazing set pieces, and secrets galore. I'll definitely be double dipping on this one on PC for some coop action.
