Celeste's "you're so valid" wholesome writing some years from now is gonna be seen in retrospective the same way we see Borderlands attempts at humor

100% it kinda reminds me of Bioshock Infinite where people saw it as some deep piece of art when 10 years later people see it for what it really is, and that is a mediocre shooter with incredibly "I'm 14 and this is deep" shit. This game will meet a similar fate in 10 years.
@Harmonica I would say is more similar to the first game in that regard. infinite got a one-eighty not just on the story but on everything. more similar how people upholded bio1 has a super terow analysis of objectivism when in reality its pretty shallow when viewed through thoes lenses. more of set dressing than anything
