Somehow the game looks more blurry than it's two predecessors, and even though it looks good, the lack of sharpness kinda puts it's behind ISS98.

There's a very weird PS1 port of this game, which is funny since normally the games called ISS on the PS1 used the Winning Eleven/PES engine, but this one is legit a n64 game but on the ps1.
