While this game is miles better than its last game, Circle of the Moon, in terms of gameplay and feel it is incredibly exhausting to play with the backtracking when you come to the second half of the game. The map doesnt become exciting when you unlock castle B as it is just the same copypaste castle but with little bit of grey, black, red, and other dark colors along with new enemies so you're just exploring same castle again. Your path also constantly gets blocked by many obstacles from upgrades or key items you dont have which means more backtracking. It's certainly a game you can get lost easily in.
