went into this expecting to leave as an emotional wreck, but honestly at no point did the game actually succeed in making me feel sad. i absolutely adored the black comedy aspects of it, and coupled with the tragic story it really came across as just a dark and bizzare comic opera. on a writing level the story is quite complex and layered touching on topics like addiction n doing the wrong things for the right reasons, but the way its delivered is really more just funny than anything (in a good way, youre laughing with the game not at it).
