Games that made me say "holy moly, what could games do with weather?"

Nothing here!

I just think this is basically Gran Turisimo x Snowrunner/Death Stranding. Or it could be if it got a chance to properly cook. Unlike those games, I don't think you need to be battling the conditions. The weather and particile effects could be just as cool for show. But I imagine how cool it could be to be racing down an idyllic mountain pass only for the weather to change, for a plastic bag to get stuck on your windscreen, for the smoke from the stands to momentarily blind you, and to stain your Ferrari California's immaculate white paint job. To the get hit by watet mist spun up from the car on the turn in front of you, to get covered in dust. For a blizzard to freeze your car's windows. To damage your car's headlights at night so you're forced to drive relative blind in the dark. There's so much wasted potential in this concept. And I think realism is being left behind so the likelihood of anyone properly succeeding this game seems unlikely any time soon, unfortunately
