this game loses a star because I do not have my very first Pokemon due to a faulty pirated copy of Emerald. that being said these games are fun even if I derided them horribly when I was 13 and I was still listening to Genwunners

there's some aspects of this game that were done better in future versions, but if you have the means to play this game and you can get past the lack of the Physical/Special split I'd suggest to go play it
