While I really liked the main game, Void of Sorrows frustrated me and ultimately made me drop it. The hub area is annoying and confusing to navigate. The new enemies are basically reskins that have more HP and deal more damage, while also damaging you when you touch them, which is a problem when the basic attack moves you forward automatically... Apart from that, the dlc seems to consist mostly of pretty hard voids. Most of these voids are quite a lot harder than the majority of voids in the base game. I finished about half of them I think, before I got stuck in a void with absolutely no clue on how to get through it. I tried it about thirty times, but I simply could not figure out how to proceed. Thats when I decided to stop and abandon the dlc. I would have liked to see the expansion of the lore the dlc also offers, but I simply stopped having fun with the game.
