Captain Toad stars in his own puzzling quest on the Nintendo Switch system! Our stubby hero must dodge dangers and track treasures across many trap-filled courses. Survive smoldering volcanoes, hazardous steam engines, haunted houses, and even new courses based on the Super Mario Odyssey game! Luckily, a second player can join in by tossing turnips at enemies.

The epitome of a child’s game.
I've only finished book 1 but I love this! It's so much fun, such clever level design. And it's one of those games that's just begging to 100% it. So far there was really only one bs secret where you go "there is no way I would've found this without a guide" type bs. I loved the Captain Toad levels in Mario 3D world so I knew this would be good.
A real gem (pun intended) of a game. Pure Nintendo charm through and through.. some irritating repetition at times and a few tedious levels, but otherwise I had a fun time 100%-ing Episodes 1, 2, and 3.
It's alright. Had fun playing on and off with my wife.
A charming little puzzle game I just couldn't get into. The game feels slow (which I think is the point), but because of this the game loses player engagement. It doesn't feel like a meandering journey, it feels like a slow as I wish Captain Toad could just move that much faster. However, the game has so much charm and detail in every corner of the levels.
